From a small community of alpaqueros in Peru who practice regenerative land management, this yarn is hand spun by a women’s cooperative, all organized by a local husband and wife team, Alpaqaytu. The fiber comes from animals raised on land that’s being actively restored, and every person involved is paid a fair wage for their work.
