Shipping

Your order will ship out within 1-3 business days of when the order is placed. If you need an order quickly, please notify us via email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Philadelphia. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your order to reach you, may vary. You'll receive your tracking number once the shipping label is printed. Please allow until the next morning for the tracking to update. 

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail so they can be insured and tracked. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties. These vary depending on the country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.Orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada are also final sale.

Returns for regular-priced items may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted on unworn garments in the same condition in which they were received. Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment if approved.

Exchanges may be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from wolhide.com (the “Site”).

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

DATA & REPACK
Wol Hide offers to ship orders with help of the returnable and reusable packaging service RePack (a brand of the Finnish company Plan B from Outer Space Ltd.). This service includes the delivery of the order in a reusable packaging (the Packaging) and the delivery of a reward for returning the Packaging to RePack. To deliver the reward Wol Hide shares the customer’s email address with RePack. RePack provides a personalised web link directing at an online marketplace where the customer can select a personal shopping voucher or similar offering. RePack provides the delivery of the reward web link and of the shopping voucher as a processor on behalf of Wol Hide. Legal basis for the reward communication is fulfillment of a contract as the reward is part of the services by Wol Hide. RePack is obliged on data protection by a data processing agreement in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
