Handwoven Rug : Natural

Handmade wool rug with an incredibly textured bobble pattern. These rugs are made in collaboration with Fatima, an artisan in Portugal. Using local wool, she washes, cards and spins into yarn before hand weaving each piece. The bobble technique she has perfected is enhanced by the hand processed nature of the yarn. Variations in the weave showcase the beauty of the hand made process. Each piece is unique. Both colors are undyed wool.
