We want you to love your Wol Hide pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll process your requested refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Refunds to your original payment method are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.

• Exchanges (for another size, color, or item) include complimentary return shipping.

• Store credit is also available if you'd prefer to shop at another time.

Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process refunds once they've been issued.

Final Sale

Because we only offer two sales each year, all items purchased during these sale events are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada are also Final Sale.
